Benefit Coordinators Corporation was founded in 1983 to provide benefit administrative services including billing, eligibility management, claims administration and underwriting to a large employer trust through Lincoln National.

After more than 25 years of geographic and service line expansion, BCC is among the nation’s strongest providers of HR benefits management and specialty administration outsourcing. Even now, as a national organization, BCC’s operating philosophy is essentially the same as when the company started 20+ years ago. BCC is committed to a client-centric model of service, with the employer, broker/consultancy group and BCC working collaboratively with carrier trade and sponsor partners to deliver superior insurance products with top-notch administrative services.
